Vibromuscular Harmonisation Technique
What is VHT?
"VHT is a holistic, non-diagnostic discipline consisting of a series of non-invasive gentle moves over connective soft tissue which assists the body to attain the state of homeostasis wherein the body is encouraged to address any problem that it may have"
Ever wished you could push a reset button when things go wrong?
Whether it is just for a routine check or in response to an injury VHT is an exciting and effective modality. Started in 1997
by a man called Jock Ruddock, an ex policeman and international wrestler. Jock developed the modality VHT on people after years of putting people back together during wrestling. After years of working on people one day a client asked him to work on her horse and Equine Touch TM started from there.

So what is so special about this modality ?
Carly is often asked if what she does can help with 'back problems', stiffness, long established injuries and even just for relaxation. The answer is YES but not because specific moves are used to address these problems but because the whole body is always addressed.
What does it actually do?
VHT work using the soft tissue, the muscle and tissue (Fascia) that joins and holds the body together. Gently stretching the skin to allow a light pressure in behind the muscle and then releasing that pressure by vibrating through the muscle allows the vibration to emanate throughout that area and the whole body.
This unique move and vibration then allows the body to re-balance its systems. The vibration acts like someone shaking out all the bad things stored up in the muscle, it increases circulation and removes toxins.
